My Feelings: Commander Decker

First things first, I know we skipped a weeks worth of blogs, but hey! Cut us some slack, we finished the third installment of the TWWOK series: The World That Was. WHOOP WHOOP! Whenever we finish a book, Maddie and I have ritual of taking a solid week away from anything and everything that is writing. A lot of unexpected mountains got our on way and blogging got away with it. But! We're back now so let's get going!

Hmm, how do I feel personally about Commander Decker. Let’s see. I’m on the fence about him, personally. I don’t like him, and I don’t hate him. I see where he came from and I know what sort of background he has and how much he meant to our favorite idiot cop, but to see where he is now…it’s complicated. A very complicated feeling I have for Decker.

His personality is rough at best and he’s a very cut and dry individual. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him smile. (Look at me talking about this fictional character like he’s a person.) He doesn’t play games and he keeps entirely to himself. He’s not trustworthy of anyone with a conscience it seems, which isn’t my cup of tea. If I had a chance to meet anyone in our TWWOK series, I can honestly say it wouldn’t be Commander Decker. To me, he’s just there.

I know this blog is short, but there's not much I can on this guy without giving too much away. All I can say is right now, we're working on finishing yet ANOTHER book and STARTING a new one this week! We've lost it, I swear. Guys, when I say we’re going to have a lot coming your way in the coming years, I mean it. SO, GET READY! Enjoy your Sunday and remember: Every day is just a different variation of a hot mess!
